Steps to recreate the issue :

1) Logon to TimeBank Ireland

2) Go to your profile settings

3) Click profile picture icon and add profile picture

Expected Result: Expect to see profile picture added

Actual Result :

Profile picture got added on right side on the top of the page however not updated on settings of the profile,see screenshot attached
